Gluten Free Treats

Having a GF child, and as a Type 1 Diabetic myself, I understand the importance of providing delicious treats that we can all enjoy without worry of reactions! My kitchen is also nut free.

For GF items, I use only Certified GF ingredients, and separate tools, utensils and baking dishes, but there is still a risk of cross contamination because I do not operate a fully Gluten Free home.
